For the best regional aircraft available, sas virtual depends on Canadian aerospace company bombardier
No airline would be complete without the Dash 8 Q400! This regional plane services all of SAS's shorter, European routes. The Q400 is also the only turboprop aircraft that we operate, and is one of the best selling regional airliners in the world. We operate the Q400 in the Widerøe livery, as part of our codeshare agreement.
The other member of our regional fleet, the CRJ700 series flies our shorter European routes along with the Q400. This aircraft offers style and speed, with the same service ceiling and cruising speed as our larger jets. SAS Virtual currently operates the CRJ-900 and CRJ-1000 variants of this aircraft.
